Terms of sale, legal notice & privacy
Last updated: October 13, 2026. This English page covers sales made from the English pages of this site. The French version (CGV) applies to French pages; in case of discrepancy, mandatory consumer law of your country of residence prevails.
1. Terms of sale
Seller. Romain ROZE, sole proprietorship (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as ROMSIA, 23 C rue Jules Guesde, 21600 Longvic, France. SIRET 102 637 543 00012. Email: romainpdf@mail.grokbot.com.
Products. Downloadable digital products (PDF files) described on their sales pages: "The No-Stress Christmas Elf Guide" (9.90 EUR) and the "Advent Activity Calendar" (7.90 EUR). No physical item is shipped.
Prices. Prices are in euros (EUR), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.
Order and payment. Payment is made by card or other methods offered via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed. An invoice/receipt is emailed by Stripe.
Delivery. Immediately after payment, you are redirected to a download page. Please save the file on your device. If you have any trouble downloading, email us and we will send the file again.
Right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) and the French Consumer Code (art. L221-28 13°), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, once you have given your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout by selecting the required waiver option. A corrupted or unreadable file will of course be replaced or refunded.
License. Products are licensed for private, family use. You may print them as often as needed for your own household. Resale, sharing, posting online or redistribution, even free of charge, is prohibited.
Liability. Activities are ideas for families and are carried out under adult supervision; you remain the judge of what suits your children's ages. Keep small objects, string and scissors away from children under 3.
Complaints and disputes. Contact romainpdf@mail.grokbot.com first; we aim to reply within 72 hours. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

All content (texts, PDF guides, illustrations, layouts) belongs to ROMSIA – Romain ROZE EI. "Christmas elf" is used in its everyday descriptive sense. ROMSIA is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any brand of elf dolls, books or toys.
3. Privacy policy
Data controller: Romain ROZE EI (ROMSIA), contact romainpdf@mail.grokbot.com.
- Order data (name, email, order details): used to fulfil your order and provide support (legal basis: contract). Kept for the duration of the relationship plus 3 years.
- Billing data: kept 10 years to meet French accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; card details are never stored by us.
- Customer email: we may occasionally email you about similar products (legitimate interest); you can opt out at any time.
- Referral code: if you arrive via a link containing a
refparameter, it is stored in your browser's local storage for 30 days and passed to Stripe to credit the referrer. No advertising cookies are set by these pages.
Recipients: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting). Some processing may take place outside the EU under the providers' standard contractual clauses. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: email romainpdf@mail.grokbot.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or your local authority.
